Go to the Invite Menu
From the home page of your account, expand the “Admin” menu in the left sidebar to display the "Results" option. Select the "Results" option to show the "All Assessment Results" screen, a list of all existing assessments.
Each assessment is shown as a card within the list. Below the name of each assessment are three links: "Results", "Reporting", and "Invites".
To see your invite options, select “Invites” for the “Assessment” of interest or simply click anywhere on the assessment and then select the invites tab.
After selecting "Invites", the invites tab opens, displaying the following three actions:
- Track Invites
- Invite with email
- Invite with link
Invite with link
Selecting the “Invite with link” option on the “Invites” menu displays the “Invite with link” screen, which allows you to build a “Public Link” that can be copied and sent to anyone.
- The “Add Groups” field is an optional input to enable you to categorize users invited by your custom link. To create a new group, enter a new group name in the field. You can also add them to an existing group by placing your cursor in the field and selecting an existing group from the drop-down menu.
- An automatically generated, alphanumeric link is displayed. You can customize the link by deleting the generated link, beginning after "link/" And entering a custom name.
- Note: when customizing a link, the customization must be at least 5 characters long, and must be unique across the entire platform.
- Click “Create Link” to finish.
After creating the link, it will be added to the top of the list of “Recent public links”. The “Groups” associated with each link are also shown under each recent link.
You can “Copy,” “Enable/Disable” or “Delete” a link by clicking the appropriate icon.
The “Number of Hits” figure for a link indicates how many people have accessed the link.
