Once you complete the diagnostic, you are presented with a report. This has the following three sections:
- Your Drivers
- Your Teamwork
- Your Potential
This article will give you a brief overview of the third section of your report, "Your Potential". For a more in-depth understanding of Core Drivers and how to use them, see How to use the Core Drivers diagnostic, and The Core Drivers Overview.
The final section of your report is “Your Potential”. This section takes everything we’ve learned about you — your full personality profile, Core Drivers, and Team Role to provide practical advice and tips to help you leverage this new awareness to help you more fully achieve your goals, improve problematic behaviors, and help live a more satisfying and productive life.
The first tab, “Spark”, describes what tasks, jobs, and environments you are likely to find the most engaging and energizing. This is awareness is helpful when you are trying to identify a new career or decide what projects you should work on. Opportunities that can make the most of your spark will lead to you performing at your best.
The second tab, “Knowledge”, contains a carefully curated set of articles, videos, and podcasts. Pulling from a huge library of content from leading scientists, thinkers and thought leaders, each piece has been selected based on your unique personality profile. This content will help you dive further into the themes explored in the report.
The third tab, “Work Skills”, describes how you typically perform three skills that are central to top performance at work — your ability to handle stress, make tough decisions, and solve challenging problems. Here, we describe how you normally display these behaviors and ways that you can improve doing so.
The fourth tab, “Habits”, describes three micro-habits that you can begin to practice. Again, these are unique to your profile and designed to help you make simple changes and improvements to your behaviors so that you can more successfully achieve your goals.
The last tab, “Interests”, describes specific recreational activities you may want to explore. There is more to life than work, and it is important for our own wellbeing to make space for downtime and hobbies. Based on your Core Drivers, we provide a list of activities that we think you will enjoy and links to Meet Up, so you can meet more like-minded people.
