Once you complete the diagnostic, you are presented with a report. This has the following three sections:
- Your Drivers
- Your Teamwork
- Your Potential
This article will give you a brief overview of the first section of your report, "Your Drivers". For a more in-depth understanding of Core Drivers and how to use them, see How to use the Core Drivers diagnostic, and The Core Drivers Overview.
In this section, you can find your portrait — a short paragraph that summarizes what we have learned from you based on your responses.
You will also see two tabs labeled “Your Drivers” and “Your Extremes”. The first tab describes your three Core Drivers through the lens of them being a strength. That is, how they positively impact your life, at home and at work. The second tab describes how these Core Drivers, while strengths, can create problems and get in the way of achieving your goals. The feedback contained in this tab is development focused, and is designed to raise your awareness of potentially derailing behaviors so you can better manage them.
So often our greatest strengths become our greatest weaknesses. Gaining this awareness about ourselves is the first step to behavioral change and personal growth.
